Grids for consolidating inert materials Nidagrável

Nidagrável stone stabilizers

Nidagrável stone stabilizers made from recycled polypropylene. A honeycomb plate measuring 1.20 m x 0.80 m covers 0.96 m2. Available in different sizes, thicknesses and colors. Small-sized gravel slabs suitable for gravel areas: gravel patios, gravel terraces, roads or sidewalks, gravel parking spaces, driveway, gravel cleaning strip.

Plates with geotextile, 100% permeable

100% permeable honeycomb panels, equipped with porous geotextile (45 g/m2) and thermally welded on the bottom. This geotextile prevents inert material from escaping from beneath the plates, sinking into the ground and pushing the plates upward over time. The geotextile also serves as a screen limiting the passage of plant roots.
To ensure perfect infiltration of rainwater and good cell filling, use crushed stone type 6/10 or 8/15. These honeycomb sheets can be placed on slopes of up to 15% (filled with gravel).

Fixtureless installation system

Place the Nidagrável sheets end to end and cross-stitch them on a suitable shaped base. Arrange the lateral geotextile so that it is under the neighboring plate. Mechanical anchorage of the alveolar plate is not necessary.

Crushed stone stabilizing plate with high compressive strength: 300 to 400 T/m2

With Nidagrável plates, each stone covering becomes much more stable and passable than in the past. A person's foot, shoe heels, or car wheel no longer get stuck. With the Nidagrável brand inert stabilizer, walking, cycling, using a wheelchair or pushing your child's stroller on gravel paths is no longer a problem.
The honeycomb structure of the nidagrable panels allows you to maintain the gravel perfectly in place and allows occasional vehicles to pass through. Unsightly ruts in your driveway, annoying puddles and dangerous potholes are just a memory of the past. In the turning areas, it will be necessary to ensure that the gravel is not expelled and that the gravel covers the cells by 1 to 2 cm.
